Volunteer or Intern

We have various opportunities for volunteers and interns to help us provide the children in our care with wonderful, enriching experiences.

Grandfather Home for Children provides a Continuum of Care that serves various areas of North Carolina including our Banner Elk campus, Asheville, Gastonia, Raleigh, Waynesville and Winston-Salem. Whether through clerical support, tutoring at our charter school, cooking meals for our children, mentoring a child or completing an internship, we have many opportunities for those who wish to volunteer.
