Grandfather Home is a ministry that provides help and healing to children and families who have experienced physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.  We have various opportunities for volunteers and interns to help us reach the ultimate goal of reunification with a family and return to the community. 

 

Grandfather Home for Children provides a Continuum of Care that serves various areas of North Carolina including our Banner Elk campus, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Sylva and most recently Raleigh.  Whether through clerical support, tutoring at our charter school, mentoring a child or completing an internship, we have many opportunities for those who wish to volunteer.  If you would like to make a difference in the life of a child, please click the links below to see what opportunities we have available for volunteers and interns.
