The outcome study reviews the children discharged during the fiscal year 2005-2006 (between October 2005 and end of September 2006). At 6 months after discharge and a year after discharge, Grandfather Home for Children calls and surveys both parents/custodians and Mental Health Case Managers regarding the child’s status and behaviors since being discharged from Grandfather Home for Children. We also ask a series of questions regarding their satisfaction with the services that Grandfather Home for Children provided. The outcome study presents the feedback from these parties.
