Annual Open House and Homecoming
Y'all come to our Down Home Dinner and picnic July 26-27!
The Down Home Dinner (primarily for adults) on Saturday, July 26th will feature barbecue, bluegrass music, and cottage tours. The fried chicken picnic on Sunday, July 27th will include activities for children and cottage tours. All events are held on the Grandfather Home for Children campus in Banner Elk, NC.
This dinner is our treat, to celebrate our 92 years ministering to the needs of children and families. Please come out and see Grandfather Home, especially if you have never toured the campus.
All events are free and everyone is welcome!
Please let us know if you can attend the Saturday night event by sending an email to e. carter@grandfatherhome.org with the names of those attending, or phone (828) 898-5465 ext 224 so we will know how many pigs to pick. No reservations are needed for Sunday.
