This position supervises and is the treatment responsible professional for the delivery of individual and group treatment services, and is part of a team of 3 Service Team Directors for a residential treatment center Level III campus. Services are provided for child victims of sexual/other abuse and children with sexual behavior management problems. Other duty areas include: assessment, person-centered planning, and discharge planning for children in care and supervision of staff connected to respective team. Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field req’d, supervisory exp, and exp working with a specific client/consumer population to receive Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) designation. Managing Director of Foundations
Work with the CEO and the Board of Trustees to develop and sustain a sound funds development program to insure the availability of the necessary financial resources to accomplish the goals of Homes for Children and all subsidiaries. Supervise and Assists the Director of Development with strategies for all fund raising activities including donor development, fund raising events and grant development. Supervise and Assists the Director of Church Relations with strategies for developing and strengthening all aspects of church relations. Supervise and Assist the Director of Children’s Trust Society to increase trust donor participation. Performs other duties as assigned. Master's degree (M. Systems Administrator
As Systems Administrator in a non-profit organization, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and servers in an active directory environment. You will perform software installations and upgrades to current hardware and oversee the distribut6ion of new work stations and laptops. The systems administrator will assist the MIS Director with the management of network administration, staff technical support, maintenance of computers and basic management of information systems and technology equipment for Grandfather Home for Children. We are located in Banner Elk, NC and position may require moderate travel to our remote offices/group homes. Qualified applicant must have an Associate Degree in a computer related field, 2-4 years of work-related experience in a similar position, strong networking, VPN and VLAN skills, strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills, Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory, inventory/asset management, consumer appreciation, excellent driving record and clear background check. Experience with the following desired: HIPPA requirements, VMware ESX Server, Symantec Enterprise Antivirus and Backup Exec., MS Exchange 2003/2007, SQL 2005, WSUS, IIS, Terminal Services, PBX/VOIP interoffice communications and experience working with Dell hardware. Salary range - $28,000 - $38,000.
