The Child Youth Care Worker (CYCW) position includes, among other descriptors, offering guidance and unconditional acceptance  to children suffering from pschological, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Love and healing are essential parts of the children's help. This is all offered within a Residential Treatment Center environment with thorough training and mulitple layers of support to the CYCW workers.
